iCloud mail is down AGAIN

iCloud email down 24 hours for me in Austin, TX. System status has been showing "Normal service will be restored ASAP." the entire time. Incredibly frustrating, espeically since ASAP does not seem to mean what they think it means.

I am in AZ, both my husband and I have accounts, he appears to be getting a few emails, mine has been out since 7 am PST yeaterday.......

I think they need to send out a REAL reason why we are having issues.....

Yup, I'm in Cambrigehire, UK, and my Mac Mail is down too. Has been all day. iCloud is pants. Good timing by them on the cusp of their iPhone 5 launch. I'm working on a news graphic about it and must remember to include a paragraph about how useless their service is!

Down here as well, Guernsey, Channel Islands!! That's nearly two days now and I know that important emails have been sent to me!!!! Surely they can solve this problem quicker than two days....ever heard of backups. we that use it pay good money for the service we are not getting...

I am shocked by this. This has now gone from an annoyance to a potential professional disaster. I don't believe the 1.7 percent claim. We need to get the message out -- the only way Apple will respond.

Apple should stop being so bloody arrogant and give some proper info

I sense a pr disaster in the making ....

I'm in Glasgow and another one of the 1.1% who are clearly affected by this and have been since I stopped receiving emails on Monday evening - Its now Wednesday afternoon, I need my email to do work, i've lost two days of work, and this is completely unacceptable. Will apple be compensating us for this loss of service?

Just got off the phone with support and they are justa as clueless as we all are. They told me they can only check the same status page that we can check. They don't know why it is down either. I told the lady on the phone that they need to put out a statement on what is going on and why it is taking so long to get it back up. I would think with the millions of dollars they have they could buy a new server and have it up and running in a few hours instead of over 24hrs like now.

I've put a complaint on Facebook at least that's a start to spreading the news of this around. We need to publicise this as many of us are losing business, money, and reputations over this tardiness.

They will probably have a fake email account set up to demo it today because they obviously won't have it fixed by the keynote. Also they may not be in the 1.1% that they keep saying is affected. I have yet to see a post here saying my email works.

Still down here in Wales too. I'm self employed and use icloud mail for business. Now had two working days without email. It's utterly unaccepatble. This is loosing me work.... and sadly my trust in Apple.

I'm in Ontario, Canada, and its been down since Tuesday. This 1 percent seems to be well distributed. It is affecting my business but I do have gmail to touch base with regular clients. Please fix. :-)

I don't believe you Allan Eckert. I think you are an Apple guy trying to calm us all down. The icloud system is down....period! and you guys at Apple need to fix it NOW!!! iPhone 5? pssssh, no way!

Second Day running now here in london without access to iCloud, just spoke to Apple who have said "sorry your one of the unlucky 1%" no idea when it will be fixed. My colleague next to me is logging on fine and dandy.(with a smug look on his face) Very annoying, please fix soon.

I'm in L.A. and I have been down for a day now. Apple reps have no f*cking idea what is happening (that they admit to) or when it will be working again. Thank the gods this is not my main account. Surprising to see that Yahoo! does a better job at keeping my informed when something similar happens. Yep, Yahoo! is better than Apple . . . incredible, but true.
