Any updates from anyone on iPhone 5 shipping? (for people w/ Oct. 5 delivery)

Well the email I received from Apple that originally gave me the tracking info does say my delivery is Sep 28, 2012 so there could be some truth to it.

Yeah, it's a little odd. Not sure who is the problem. Is UPS just blowing smoke to cover up their inefficiencies? Or is Apple really stating a hard delivery date? Frustrating nonetheless.

Of the millions of iphones that were shipped, what are the chances that ours were the ones in this huge shipment that got delayed for two days?! Ha. Just my luck.

Called ups and they told me that it must have been delayed in customs. She said it happens a lot. She said the tracking info was accurate and it would not be here today, or tomorrow, probably Monday. Now, my hubbies phone that left Louisville this morning, which is also scheduled for delivery today, has changed the date to tomorrow. I guess still better than my original 10/5 date, oh wait I mean , 9/21, wait 10/2, oh still not right.. 9/27 oh wait they changed it again....

I hope this phone is really worth all this mess. Very inconvenient to have your delivery date changed so much on a package requiring a signature. I don't know what I want apple to do, but certainly would be nice if they could do something.

Frustrating for sure, my UPS tracking information says the exact same thing. Why was the iPhone sitting in Korea for 2 days??

I don't recall any issues with Fedex for other orders from Apple.

my tracking says the same thing - left Korea tonight?? I am scheduled for delivery by end of day today - Thursday - they've got 3 more hours, lol I did read that sometimes status is not updated until delivery - so I hope that is the case here.

I'm the same as the rest of you. Phone was in Korea 2 days and left on the midnight plane. Delivery SUPPOSED to be by end of day. UPS rep on phone said it's not updated on the site but to expect it Monday. I guess I'll have to put the pre signed slip out on the door now. Ugh

Our phones are together. This is my exact tracking info. I'm so bummed! Hoping for a miracle ...

Mine just arrived in AK. I am in Los Angeles. Does anyone know where it goes from AK? It's looking like we are all getting them on Monday from the consensus from those of us actually getting any kind of answer from UPS. 😟

Mine too! I'd say it's possible to get delivery tomorrow, but that it's not probable.

Well how long does it take them to get from Alaska to California if they are hauling? Am I crazy to still hope for delivery today?

yep, mine just arrived in Anchorage but it still says Thursday delivery on time - I'm in Boston ! soooo... I am guessing my status just hasn't been updated. ****! 😟

Yep, you're crazy. If it wasn't on the truck between 4-7am this morning, you aren't getting it today. There was never any real chance we'd receive our packages today unless there was a tracking error.

And we are sure there's no tracking error?
