ios6 won't connect to wifi

I just upgraded my phone to iOS6... When I got home, I noticed that I was on 3G, so I tried to connect to my home wireless network through the Settings control panel. The phone connected for a second, then went back to 3G, and a window opened to Apple.com titled "LOG IN" with a message along the top of the page saying "Hmm, the page you're looking for can't be found." I was not trying to use Safari. This was almost as if I was trying to log onto the network at Starbucks or some hotel where you have to go through a gateway to get to the internet.

What do?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6

Hi, I was having this problem. I did the reset network settings, and that didn't work. I reseted my router, that didn't work. I "forgot this network", that didn't work finally when I was about to call apple I turned my phone off then on and I tried to connect again and it finally connected and has been now for 10 minutes so I hope it sticks and I hope this helped you. If not take it to your local carrier. Some people there are smart and can help you. Otherwise try Apple.

I had this issue and the iPhone / iPad would connect to WiFi - drop out and then Apple.com came up as not connecting.

I fixed mine on the iPad by hotspotting from my iPhone - the iPad went off and did something as I was asked for my iTines password - then A box opened with a message about my mobile number was associated with this account.

Disconnected Hotspot - connected WiFi - all OK.

I figured it out. Connect to the wifi as you would. When the apple.com page pops up with Umm...cant find the page you are looking for. Click any of the links below that and it will navigate to another page. Once there click the done button at the top and it should be connected and have no more issues.

Hope this helps!

I logged in on the iPad that hasn't been updated yet to say mine was doing the exact same thing on my iPhone 4. . As soon as I did all that, there were more replies and others were working. Mine is now too! So random. Mine also started at the exact same time as everyone else. Glad it's fixed though! I thought the update might've really screwed it up!

I am on an iphone4 and upgraded this afternoon. Just noticed problem with wifi now when I went to update some Apps. I was getting redirected to some missing Apple page upon connecting to Wifi ad then booted back to cellular. I did the following and so far it seems fixed. In settings I told the phone not to remember the wifi network, and then did a network settings reset. that worked. Doing the reset by itself did not work, but telling it first not to remember the wifi network did work. Just putting it out there as it worked for me.

I upgraded mine right around the time the upgrade came out. Wireless has been working fine up until about an hour or so ago. Mine is doing the same thing, taking me to apple.com and telling me the page cannot be found. This is a major issue for me. My data coverage is horrible at my house. This stinks! Way to roll out an upgrade without wireless access!
