After updating to iOS 6 iTunes Match does not load my music

iOS6 updated no problem on my iPad. All other apps working fine (although when are Google releasing YouTube and Maps! 😕)

I activated iTunes Match which was working previously fine, yet after upgrading to iOS6 all I get when I get when I go into music is the main screen with a picture of a cloud and an empty loading bar underneath. I have left this for an hour or so with no change.. I appreciate I have A LOT of music but this isn't right!

I have tried turning match off and back on, also rebooted the iPad but it has made no difference. Any one got any further suggestions.

iPhone 4S, same issue with iTune match as the rest (btw, where is the 'display' setting???) but I also noticed another issue and I wonder if the folks having the itune match issue also have that one.

I have a playlist of Audiobooks that I load to my phone memory (set to load through itune tab books) rather then rely on the cloud since I used my phone often of line while traveling.

I noticed, that even though the memory in the iPhone is used, and it looks like the files have been transferred to the iPhone, the playlist itself does not show up and the Audiobooks are not listed as being there at all and cannot be accessed.

UPDATE: This is interesting. I turned iTunes Match off, rebooted, and when I load up the Music app I still see the problem I described below. Something ain't right. I do know that, after performing the iOS 6 update, I synced my iPhone. I wonder if there's a weird bug where the sync has collided with iTunes, and the Music database on my iPhone got corrupt. Settings > General > Storage states that my Music app contains No Data.

+1 here. iPhone 4S. Eventually, when I finally see my albums, it lists all my songs for the album, but they're all 0 seconds in length, and have no meta info (title, etc.).

I've been messing around with my friend's 4S for over an hour trying to trouble shoot this and that. The Music app itself is extremely buggy often needing a soft reset or a restart. Closing down the app from the multi task bar does nothing. This is sad. I can understand little bugs here and there but come on Apple, music is a pretty big deal. One of the few functions ya might want to get right.

I just got off the phone with Apple Care. No luck. The tech. seemed to have never heard of the problem. She told me to use the chat feature of the support site as they would have more information. I informed her that I already tried to find a way to "chat" with support and couldn't figure out how to reach someone. She gave me a URL to use (http://chat.corp.apple.com/itunes) but the URL doesn't work. She guessed that support was overwhelmed and shut down the URL. Lovely. For the record, IOS6 upgrade and iTunes Match works fine for me on my iPad 3. It's my iPhone 4 that's having the issue with iTunes Match. Reboots and resets have not worked thus far. Hoping someone finds a fix soon.

Yup same problem. All the artists are available on my iPhone 4S but the songs are all titleless and 0:00. Switching itunes match off and on doesn't help. Restarting the phone doesn't help. Currently sitting with icloud logo and progress bar up on screen and auto lock turned off to see if things will load.

All tracks are available through match on my iPad 2 though.
