Cannot get mail the connection to the server failed

Yes I agree that works, however having to do it 2-3 times a week is unaceptable. It is sad to see iOS7 has not fixed this bug.

Yes...delete your e-mail account and then add it again. Works!

Yes it does work, however we are having to do this 2-3 times a week. It would be a lot easier if Apple didn't cache the bad data.

It happend to me, I changed my email password on my desktop and forgot to do it on my phone.

now it's working fine.

This happened to me. Just delete your account on your device and put it back in. Works a treat :)

Try going to Settings/Mail,Contacts, calendars/Yahoo Account. Enter password in required field. This solved my connection problem

I solve it running MacKeeper.

It seems it was a corrupted e-mail

Yahoo mail made me change my password. I did on my PC. Took me a while to remember I had to change it on my Iphone too. Duh. They could have a little more specific error message.

None of the solutions worked for me with Yahoo account. I ended up downloading YahooMail app, can read and send emails now from this app.

dont know if anyones tried this or posted it but this works for me ....bascally make sure your junk and your trash folders are empty
