IOS 6 App store crash

wow then you got it lucky! I am still stuck on 5.1.1 until Apple fixes this... please, someone tell us when this will be fine!!

Just sent scott forstall an email, doubt he is going to reply but there is the of chance that he might. I doubt any other Apple employee can help us out. Tim Cook, well, he must recieve too much spam and is probably not obsessed with iOS on the iPod Touch.

I'm having the exact same problem with my 4th generation iPod touch, and its really aggravating. Apple fix this PLEASE and ASAP!!!! I like iOS 6 but this glitch/bug is really bothering, can't get any new apps or even update existing apps because it always crashes!!!!

My app store only crashes when I try to use the app genius feature. I'm sure apple will tweak iOS 6 to work properly on the previous iPhones and iPod touch soon, when there were major bugs on iOS 5(battery problems) they had it updated in a very short amount of time, and according to other post iOS 6 works fine on the latest iOS devices, I hope that's true because I'm buying the 5th generation iPod touch when it hits shelves.

I get the Same crash. I had to just repeatedly tap (ha) the install button before it crashes. I got a 4g iPod, and this really *****. They should make it so you could downgrade right on your iPod.

I have the iPod Touch 4th Gen and I have been having my App Store crash a lot, lately. So I restored my iPod, not realizing I lose all my music and apps. I've lately been getting frustrated with apple, so u can imagine how mad I was at that. So I open up the App Store and it was running a lot faster, so I thought it was a good sacrifice, I then try opening up a page to download my "first" app on my restored iPod, and it FLJCKING crashes!!!! Mental breakdown! Crying in my pillow for hours! I'm committing Carbocide and eating chocolate bars!! Save me APPLE! Save me!!!!

Plz get this fixed.

go to settings, and locate Store. Click your Apple ID and sign out on Store and then re-sign in your Apple ID, and session timed out issue will be fixed. I tried this myself and confirmed working =) Good Luck.

Im on 5.1.1, shall I keep it that way (iPod Touch 4G)
