I would like the files as well, I did a clean install from the app store recently, and have the same issue with mighty mouse. Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same problem after performing a clean install of Lion.

(Mighty Mouse was working fine after updating from Tiger and so on)

After moving /System/Libraries/Extensions/AppleHIDMouse.kext to the dustbin and rebooting, everything works fine.

Thanks everyone, I did the same as Charlie M, I put Apple HIDmouse in the trash, and my mighty mouse right click started working. I will hold onto the above exentions in case it stops working. Thanks again!

Til von Ruemont's post (page 7) is the answer that fixed it. I had just done a clean install of 10.7.5 on a Mac Pro I had just gotten off ebay. My Macbook Pro which had been upgraded had the proper files. How could Apple not yet have just simply provided those two files in an update? Thanks again Til. I wish I could mark that post as "This one solves the problem"

NEWS FLASH! Apple's "Security Update 2013-001 (Lion)" includes the two missing files.

What worked for me was to first unpair the Magic Mouse, take out the batteries, turn it on, hold down the mouse button for about 20 seconds, turn it off, put the batteries back in and turn it on. I paired the mouse again and right click is working fine.

For some reason when I go to /System/Library/LoginPlugins/BezelServices.loginPlugin I am not able to see the folder Plugins in the Contents folder. I tried creating a folder and parked the 2 files there which I found on the net. But i does not work. Can someone help!

I saw your solution for the apple mouse right click issue... Im using OSX 10.8.4 and I found the

/System/Library/LoginPlugins/BezelServices.loginPlugin

but in the /contents there isnt a plugin folder
