My iPhone 5 connects to wifi networks and remembers them, but receives absolutely zero data through the network. LTE and 3G no problem... Off to the repair shop (after 3 hours of ownership...) or any ideas??

I have tried all the fixes, none work for me. .5 Mbs best I can do when iP4 gets 8.2.
the reason my wifi is so much slower on the 5 is because LTE is what my phone usually is on and its 4x faster than my wifi. so maybe that could be part of other peoples problems?
I reset my phone twice and used ITunes to set it up! But last time I used it (this morning Aus time) it still didn't work!
Please try my method !
Yes it's also been reset as a "new" phone, and when at the store setting up it was done on LTE as it wouldn't connect to their WiFi. Haha yes it was also the right way up!
In that case definitely take it back

It's already back, sadly I don't have an apple store in my city so it can't be tested by professionals, but will definitely get the Telstra to look a it, before I take it home for a BBQ!
My iPad has been updated and is fine! That's is the very reason I don't know if I want to wait for a new iPhone that is the same!

They missed out Wifi Testing/ maps lol!!!
I updated both the IP4S and iPad 2 to IOS6 and neither had any problems with wifi.
In that case definitely a phone problem !!
I will just play it by ear and see how things
