iPhone 5 wifi issues

Think I was wrong on the week... mine is 36. the 4th and 5th numbers correct?

I'm having a problem on my work WiFi with WPA2 enabled, but just visited Starbucks to try it on the AT&T WiFi there, which does not use WPA2 and had the same problems. It's extremely slow.

On my experience, Starbucks usually throttles their Wifi to around 1 Mbps, so that may not be the best network to compare to. Unless you've gotten much faster speeds there in the past.

I had my iPhone 4 still and tested it on the same network. It was much faster. Even the ping was taking close to 400 ms on the iPhone 5 while it was taking 28 ms on the iPhone 4.

I've tried turning of LTE and it made no difference.

Turning off LTE actually worked for me. My wifi sped up about 10x. As soon as I turned it on, it slowed back down.

I am having the same problem! Has Apple acknowledged it yet?

Mine couldn't find wifi at home...went in to the continual "spinning wheel"...I had to reboot the router - and then restarted activation/setup process with the phone, and that fixed it....

Same problem, WIFI on Enterprise network no good, anywhere else fine. Need an update apple, Im getting 60 down and up on my computer but only 2.5 mbps on the phone.

My iPhone 5 was way slow so I tried removing the WPA2 security and now it is smoking fast. So

now I vunerable but fast.

Confirmed WPA/WPA2 off no more WIFI issues. Super fast. But can't keep it like that.

my wife and i are both having slow wifi issues. running speedtest on iphone 5 vs iphone 4, iphone 5 is downloading at 0.15Mbps whilst my iphone 4 is downloading at 10Mbps!!!! Ahhhh!

My new iphone5 does not hold the wifi connection at home. My iphone4 has perfect connectivity to the home wifi but the new 5 seems to keep losing it - what's going on?
