This thread was primarily about two separate issues. The original issue was that, at the time of the orignial post, there was no FaceTime app on the iPhone and this confused some people but it had nothing to do with restrictions. The other issue that got tacked on was the fact that phones designed for sale in certain countries do not have FaceTime on them at all. It cannot be enable by doing anything in restrictions. You replied to someone who noted that the first problem had been resolved by iOS 7.
Although changing restrictions is the answer to some questions, it's not the answer to any of the problems raised in this thread (which had been dormant for several months). I'm sorry if my desire to be technically accurate offended you.
