FaceTime missing from iPhone 5?

I've heard that the iPhone 5 is supposed to have FaceTime. Mine was just delivered today. I've set it up and noticed that the FaceTime icon simply does not exist. Is there something I am missing? How do I make it appear. I even asked Siri and it said "It doesn't look like you have an app named "FaceTime".

YOu are 100% WRONG, i hvave. 5,000 iphone 5 purchased from apple in USA for my corporation all but ONE have a facetime icon onthe mai screen. That unit did as well unti we upgraded fromiOS 7.0.6 i think it was , to iOS 8.1.2 today. This bit of people telling others it is not and never has been an app should be stopped as it is providing false and misleading info to consumers who could Sue for such fraudulent sales of limited devices. And NO! Our phones were not sold to an Arab nation or person, but to a fourty year USAF retired General!

KIndly guide me how can I get FaceTime in my iPhone 6?

regards,

subhash.

You can't. It has been permanently disabled on that phone because it is banned by law in the country where the phone was sold. It can NOT be added to the phone, regardless of whether you take it out of the original country.
