FaceBook integration not working in Mac OS

For some reason FaceBook integration does not appear to be working anywhere in Mountain Lion for me today.

The links are all there, I am signed in to FaceBook.

In Safari I can seelct the share to FaceBook option but nothing happens.

In the Notifications panel I click on the 'Click to Post' button and nothing happens.

Is this a FaceBook issue or something on my compurer?

It only started today, I have rebooted, no effect.

All other share options work great 9Twitter, emal, message).

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), 24 inch, 4GB

The odd thing is that click to post on the notification side bar in OSX 10.8.2 works fine. It's only the share button in my case.

Im having exactly the same Problem! Im getting a message with : "Cannot post to facebook" everytime i try to post from safari or notification center 😟

Apple please help!

Same problem on both my iMac w/ Mountain Lion and iPhone 4S w/ iOS 6 since yesterday (Tuesday, October 16th, 2012) evening.

Well have have the problem still, no progress at all.

I don't get an error message when I try to post from either Safari or Notification Center in Mountain Lion.

I don't have an issue on my iPhone 5 though it works fine there.

I have tried to sign out of FaceBook on the Mac and then added the accoutn again, but it makes no difference.

It is clearly some back end server issue at Apple (or FaceBook), for it to suddenly affect us all in this way.

One strange thing I have noticed is that if I try to post to FaceBook from Safari (which does nothing, no error message), it actually changes the way Safari then operates. I can no longer click on a link to go there I have to doubel click on links, it also doe not highlight links as I pass the pointer over them. If I quit Safari and open again it is back to normal. Very strange behaviour.

Add me to the growing list. Sharing photos isn't a problem. But whether its on my iPad, iPhone or MacBook Pro, trying to share gets me this same message. Ugh.

Same issue here. No problems on my iPhine 4 (IOS6). Nothins happens if I try to post from Notification Center (Facebook and Twitter) but from Safari only Twitter works.
