How to prepare invoices for Apple when selling as a company?

Hello, according to my national revenue agency rules I need to prepare invoices for payments received by Apple.

Now, since I need to prepare a separated invoice for every company that sells apps worldwide (which are Apple Inc (US), Apple Canada Inc (CA), Apple PTY Limited (AU), iTunes Sarl (Europe) and iTunes KK), I need the business registration numbers of these companies since they are required in the invoice.

While I've been able to find the Apple Inc EIN number, the iTunes Sarl VAT and the Apple PTY Limited ABN, I'm still looking for the Business Number of Apple Canada Inc and for the Consumption Tax Number of iTunes K.K., otherwhise it's impossible me to proceed.

Did anyone have my same specific issue so that I can be pointed in where to look for them? I already looked around internet for hours.

Thanks in advance,

Jack

A lot of countries requires a company to generate an invoice when it receives a money form a third party.

Some useful information related to that matter you can find in your iTunes Connect Account -> FAQ (Bottom of the page) -> Payments and Financial Reports.

Here is a extract from the FAQ about how to send the invoice to Apple:

Do I need to invoice Apple to receive payment?
Apple pays Developers their share of the proceeds from the sales of applications based on your Financial Reports. Apple requires invoices from Luxembourg VAT registered Developers before releasing payments for developer's proceeds for sales made in Europe though iTunes SARL.

Developers based elsewhere may have invoicing requirements in accordance with local laws and statutes. It is your responsibility to consult with your own legal and tax advisors with respect to any invoice requirements you are subject to.

Developers required to invoice Apple may send a soft copy of the invoices by using Contact Us. For Luxembourg VAT registered Developers, we require a hard copy invoice for our records. It is important that the billing address stated on the invoice is Luxembourg and that the invoice is sent to Ireland.

Please use the following billing address:

    iTunes S.a.r.l.
    31-33 rue Sainte Zithe
    L-2763 Luxembourg
    TVA/VAT No.: LU20165772

Please send invoices to:

    App Store Invoicing
    Apple Operations Europe
    iTunes SARL
    Hollyhill Industrial Estate
    Hollyhill
    Cork, Ireland

All invoices for GBP and EUR sales have to be stated at 0% VAT. Developers required to invoice Apple can do so by going to Contact Us.
