iTunes 11 not syncing Outlook 2010 (exchange) Contacts and Calendar

Hello,

this issue came up after upgrading from 10.7 to 11:

  • iTunes is not syncing Outlook 2010 Contacts and Calendar
  • there is no way to set up wich Outlook Contact folder or Calendar to sync
  • Outlook is running in an exchange environment
  • following these instructions (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1692) and uninstalling all Apple software did not help
  • this is how the iTunes 11 screen looks like, no chance for setting up Outlook contacts and calendars.User uploaded file
  • "Sync with this iPhone over WiFi" is switched of in iTunes

Any idea?

I have a family iCloud calendar that my wife and kids all access. With the iCloud control panel, I can see the family calendar on my (Windows 7) work PC side by side with my work calendar. For corporate security reasons, I can't push the work calender to iCloud. Also, the family doesn't want all my meeting alerts.

I'd like to be able to sync both calendars on my iphone (5s, so I'm stuck with iTunes 11).
