Im not going buy anything from apple after today. Its just bad.

I tried Iphone5 / Ipod / Ipad3 / Ipod shuffle. I try to study on the software but it is just not convenient.

I really glad I didnt buy any alpple computers.

But they do look good from the outside and not much virus. But even so, It feels like there are virus when I want to get my files out or get things done. The itunes keeps bugging me, all those bug and stuff comming out.

And please stop auto sync my files at the beginning. It's not smart at all.

Unbelievable! I just cant get music onto my iphone 4!!! I'm actually going to have to buy a non apple player so I can drag music from itunes onto my phone.

I have tried everything here and wasted a couple of hours. I think apple is really missing Jobs! He would never have allowed this to happen.

Very dissapointed apple, I never thought I would consider leave the Apple eco system but this is NOT up to your standards.

I couldn't agree more with the frustration that this community is facing. Adding a song SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD! I have my library synced with another computer... this version of iTunes is a compete disappointment.

You better hurry up with a 5" iPhone screen too b/c I'll just go back to Android if this is how you're going to treat your customers.

In case it has flown over anyone's head I am here to tell you that this is apple's pathetic attempt to curb music piracy and at the same time to get you to buy all of your music from their itunes store. This is what has always turned me off about apple and I swear to you all of the apple products I have (ipod touch and iphone4s) were either a gift or a company assigned product because I would NEVER give money to these chumps to make my life impossible. Right now I am at a crossroads of either keeping the 12 hours of music I currently have on my iphone and never ever adding another song ever again to the phone OR deleting the entire thing and manually adding them again because apple refuses to let me add the songs I have on my iphone to itunes. They call it "syncing" but you can only "sync" if the music you are trying to "sync" is on itunes and not on your phone. Just because I have plugged my iphone into a different computer of mine when I first added the songs to my iphone I am not allowed to add new songs to this phone. It's absolutely f k n ridiculous and one of the main reason I hate apple. Quit trying to police me and force me to buy music from you. I've had this music way before itunes was swimming in Steve Jobs nuts to be big brothered and bullied like this. Folks, if you have a choice please be smart and go android. It's just as good of a product without the big brother BS.

Even though I knew it won't be the same, I just can't believe Apple did change so much since Jobs' passing. Don't know what's cooking in Tim Cook's head, but it's simply not the right recipe! Having kept effectively the same phone design for years with some minor bolt ons and elongated face doesn't make it a) appealing at the slightest and b) competitive to any other smartphone out there on the market - I seriously doubt it that would've been the case on Jobs' watch!

Now, having lost the innovative touch Apple had is bad enough, but co.cking up their software is pulling the company down even more - I want to add my f.r.king songs by simply dragging and dropping like I used to and won't let someone take that from me. HOW DARE YOU APPLE??? All this is turning from the best user experience, the one that Jobs' Apple had, to the worst!!!

Thanks to all users who have found 'A' solution to it, but to you Apple I say I won't settle with you twisting my arm to get yours - if you don't fix it I'll simply disregard my nostalgia and switch to a different smartphone out there because as much as I hate to admit it, HTC One and S4 are currently better phones. Just like many others are starting to ride the new wave...

Good luck!
