Apple Maps - My business location is wrong, and I don't have any iDevices to fix it

My customers are getting ****** off at us because they're constantly getting lost and are late for their classes. I've tried the other solutions in the forum (Yelp, Localeze, Tom Tom) to no avail. I then called Apple, and they informed me that Apple Maps has no contact emails or phone numbers where we can get the problem worked out directly.

I'm hoping I have more luck here.

My business is:

Pepper's School of Music

San Antonio, TX 78260

I believe Apple maps is sending people to the middle of the neighborhood, but I haven't seen the exact location because I don't currently have an iphone.

Here is where the marker should be:

Could one of you awesome members please correct the marker in your maps app? Or could someone from Apple Maps please contact me directly?

To Further add to this,

In Apple Maps iOS6

If you key in:

Pepper's School of Music

San Antonio, TX 78260

It plots to 119 Mountain Echo

Timberwood parl Texas, 78260

However, if I key in:

Pepper's School of Music

27514 Timberline Dr.

San Antonio, TX 78260

Maps finds the address correctly.

Is there another Pepper's school of music.

Is the Mountain Echo address completely inappropriate? Did you move? If so, I can report that as incorrect.

We did recently move from the Mountain Echo address, but it was well before Apple Maps was released. If you could help change it, that would be awesome. Thanks so much.

So are you on the other side — exactly across the freeway, or across steppington?

And what does the building look like from the air?

Your address resolves correctly with my iPhone.

And the incorrect location is shown properly too.

Thanks - I'm giving all of this a go. We are listed on a few of them. In fact we uplaod events to Yelp.

Made the changes you suggested, but still no luck with correct address displaying on Apple Maps. Any other ideas on what we should try?
