Apple Maps - My business location is wrong, and I don't have any iDevices to fix it

I have the same issue and do not have an iDevice to correct it. Our practice has built a new hospital on a previously empty lot and Apple Maps has marked our location incorrectly on the wrong side of the highway.

The address is:

Hi,

Our Address is showing up in the incorrect location on apple maps and its creating an issue with our customers , as our events are appointment driven. Well customers have been late and not able to attend the events on time due to apple maps sending them to the wrong location.( about 5 -7 blocks away)

I really need your help to get our address correct as our guests are going to our old address. My salon's name is G Michael Salon and we are currently located at: 16095 Prosperity Drive, Suite 400, Noblesville, Indiana 46060. We moved from our Carmel, Indiana address a little over 3 years and recently new guests have been taken to our old address which about 20 minutes away from where we are now. Here is our old and new address. I have already moved the marker numerous times and wait, but to not avail.

Our address is wrong and people are showing up late for their appointments ..

APPLE MAPS is directing people to the wrong physical address but when they type in the search term" real escape game san jose" it takes them to the correct location

the physical address is 777 N1st st San Jose Ca 95112, using apple maps puts you about 7-10 blocks in the wrong direction .. BUT Hey you got the street right ..

Can you please help fix this .. we even had employees from apple end up being late to their event at our place , and it still hasnt been fixed .. can someone please help ..

This Entry already exists too. unfortunately the telephone verification does not work, so i cannot finish my claim. when i search for wohnnet in Apple maps, i still find a lot of entrys for older locations, but not the new one

I Am having the same issue with my business location on Apple Maps. We have reported through the app twice. please help! We open next week and we need our clients directed to the right location. Our correct location address to change it to is:

95 Palm Street Canton, Ga 30115

the issue is that apple maps directs to 95 Palm Street Woodstock, ga 30115 now, which takes us to the opposite end of the street. So if the city could be changed and the pin moved that would fix it.

It is also incorrect. We relocated years ago and people are still getting lost

by using their IPHONE map built in app.

We are in maps as:

HRS-Hair Replacement Systems

3121 Piedmont Rd NE

Atlanta, GA 30305

but our address is:

6065 Roswell Road NE

Unit 300

Atlanta, GA 30328

If someone types Hair Restoration Specialists into Iphone maps it will find the right address,

However a lot of our customers and visitors just type in "HRS" into maps because we also go by HRS.

I am so glad I found this post. I am also having issues with Apple Maps giving a wrong address. Our address is 3150 N. Arizona Ave Suite# 108, Chandler, AZ 85225. When you type in that address and click search it changes the address to 3150 S. Country Club and takes users about a mile away. If you type our address in Google Maps on a PC it gives correct directions. Please help 🙂

not sure if this would help you but I figured out if you open maps in your phone, and type in your address or location (the wrong one)

you can click on it, then go to bottom and click "report an issue" and then you can type in all of the correct info and then it will probably be approved. I have just done this myself, although it has not been long enough to see if it works, but it is worth a shot.
