How do I get my FaceTime icon back on my iPhone 5 after accidentally deleting it

My iPhone 5s had facetime for months now it's disaperd and also my friends

have it and I can't access it from the contacts

Why are you answering a thread from last March as though it was new? Chances are the person got this resolved months ago.......
