“Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed” iTunes Message

Can not buy. Products in the game. Then the words "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/." Please tell me how to solve it.

The instructions are in the message you received. I those instructions are too complicated I will try to simplify them:

  • Find a computing device somewhere (Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, android phone, Chromebook, etc)
  • turn it on if it is off and wait for it to start up
  • log in to the computer
  • find a web browser on the computer and launch it
  • enter the following into the address bar at the top: http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
  • press ENTER
  • Follow the instructions displayed on the screen

You have to go to the URL that you are getting and contact iTunes Support :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'

What are 'these emails' ? If you mean from this thread then you were told how to stop them on the 8th : Re: “Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed. For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww/.” i.e. click on the big 'Following' button at the top right of every page on this thread. Or go to your profile page on here and change your email preferences : click on your name top left (assuming that you are logged in) and click 'Preferences' on the popup.
