"Your apple id has been disabled"
I went to update my apps and i got a message saying "Your apple id has been disabled". Why so. I havent changed anything on my account.

Have you followed the instructions that have already been posted, resetting the account's password and logging out and back in everywhere you're using the account, and contacting iTunes Support if that doesn't fix it ?
I folllow entire procedure and reset my password
You also then logged out and back in everywhere that you're using the account ? If you have and if it didn't fix it, contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable the account
Oh man, this had happened to me already 🙄🙄🙄 for real it’s not letting me updating my apps because my Apple ID has been disabled since November 2nd, 2017 and I don’t know what to do now since my Apple ID is still disabled what can I do? I need to update my apps 😫😫😫😫 please I want to update my apps by unlocking my Apple ID

Most of the people on here, including myself, are fellow users, we won't know why it's been disabled.
You might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone then try logging out of your account on the phone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it
If that doesn't fix it then you might need to contact iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
I tried all of the suggestions after getting this message on my iPad. I even called Apple support, and after 30 minutes on the phone, they assured me that my account was now enabled and would work after 10 minutes. Guess what, still the same unspecific message that my Apple ID is disabled.
What a shame. There must be a serious problem with the Apple Store servers if this is happening to so many people.
Same problem here as of July 10. Called and they told me to reset password. Did that but didn't help. I'm still "Disabled"

Same problem here, I can't download apps on my ipod touch or rent/purchase movies on my apple tv. I tried resetting my password, signing out then back in on my apple tv, and still go the same message. "Your Apple ID has been disabled."
Very frustrating.
I am getting the same problem but can't get any help from Apple. Keep getting sent back and forth between Apple and ITunes but no resolution. Sounds like a systemic problem they don't even know they are having!
It's a pain, but you have to call apple care and be persistent, and not every person there knows what to do, so you need to keep trying till you get someone who knows what to do. They have to take you through steps where you login to your account online and they do a reset on your account.
It's ridiculous, and I am sure apple loses a ton of business this way, but they're king now so don't have to play hungry.
Mine, too. My itunes works on all computers just not my iphone5 . 😠😢
Have you tried logging out of your account on your iPhone by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then logging back in to see if that 'refreshes' your account on it ?
