I have the same problem.

Certificates started failing after iTunes updates and now I can't load a dev to my phone even.

I am rebuilding certificates and its stuck in pending so I am selling apps without any certificates.

I hope this resolves soon.

Ever since the iTunes Connect upgrade thinks are failing.

You're not selling apps without any certificates.

Once an app is in the iTunes App Store, any developer certificates aren't used.

Apple signs the apps that go into the store and those don't ever expire.

Ireland too. Apple could go crazy and inform us of what's going on. Day's work lost, plus I've been trying various solutions of my own, causing god knows what damage and confusion.

I've got same problem here,

and more importantly is that my work this week had to deal with game center and in-app purchase haha funny uh? well I can't implement those features because I need to have my app set up in itunesconnect... I need this certificate to be generated..

Apple is paralysing productivity here. I don't understand they don't offer any SLA for developers and it is just stupid because, we, developers, are what make this device so much succesful.

So the point is, it is not working and they don't give us input about the problem.
