App Store updates blank

I have a red "1" on my App Store app, telling me one of my apps needs to be updated. But when I go to the updates it won't show anything, it's just blank. Everything else in the App Store works but I can't see the updates.any suggestions?

Hi, I have the same blank screen - as in totally blank. I've tried all I the suggestions in this thread multiple times. I did the manual updates from the Purchased screen and went from 8 updates to three. I also checked for iPhone apps installed on the iPad. Since I'm not adding any new information, my purpose for posting is to let Apple know if they monitor this forum that the issue is annoying and widespread.

i have 4 ipads in my house. 2 ipad 2 wifi only. 1 ipad 3 wfi only. 1 ipad 4 lte. all latest ios. and they all have the blank screen. fix it. its annoying. when it started 2 days ago the ipad 4 seemed to short out and the screen went nuts. white and colored blobs floating from left to right across the screen. they replaced the ipad under warranty. its more than an annoyance when u know there is a glitch in the software, its not good

Bio, thanks for posting this. I hope that AppleCare agents are also acknowledging the problem on Apple's end

Pretty sure that's what this means:

"please know that Apple is aware of this error and the discussion board you referred to ... To confirm, Apple is currently working toward a resolution for the issue reported"

Ignorant is defending apple al the time when they can't get basic functions to work properly after updating their software. Is it too much to ask apple to do a better job of testing before rolling it out. This kind of crap happens all too frequently lately. I've had apple products since the very first iPhone. I am expressing my frustration along with a lot of other people in these forums at a severe decline in quality at apple. And for the record it appears the problem got solved today after enough people complained. So guess it was a simple fix after all.
