Typing delay after IOS 7 update

Me too, for while it is a temporary solution, I'd like to think that Apple will fix it ASAP as I also use iCloud for documents.

I have the slow keyboard issue in iPhone 5 - iCloud docs and data off is successful workaround.

I also use this now disabled service.

I point out that iCloud is a paid service, and I expect commercial compensation for the downtime.

Same issue here on my 4S. ~ 500ms delay for each keystroke. even when typing in password for itunes downloads

definitely slows you down and makes it harder to use... something like zigzag typing on Android should be an option on IOS (even if google has the software patent)

I reset all settings and it worked for me! 🙂

I have turned documents in iCloud back on, and - for now - the problem hasn't happened again. A strange issue.

I am still experiencing a typing delay. Most noticeably when using the shift key to open the secondary keys (numbers). a 1 to 2 second lag when typing seems like a long time.

As for now .... YESSSSS!!! Tqs!! ... no more lagging & slow in sms or watsapp

TURN OFF - Document and Data in iCloud

Settings -> iCloud -> Documents and Data (switch it OFF)
