I cant access to ITunes Radio and cant login in ICloud. ITunes Radio did work but after the first song -> "No Content" ... Anyone know about these problems ?

Well, i had to change app store to Canada to accept the terms then change back to US to make it work and to make iTunes Radio enable in "Music" app.

find my friends did NOT work for me. very frustrating.
It dd work for me....When you accept the terms and conditions, on find my Friends Icloud starts working again.
I had the same problem, couldn't connect to icloud server after iOS 7 update. Resetting the phone also didn't help. Problem solved after signing into find my friends and accepting the terms and conditions. Thanks josefq8.

unfortunately does not work for me either. after signing in to find my friends i am being sent to accept terms on the icloud settings with the same error: unable to connect to server.
This is really frustrating as my whatsapp has been malfunctioning since the ios update and i cannot remove and reinstall without an icloud backup.
The find my friends thing worked for me as well.
