This didn't work for me either. I signed into 'find my friends' and I get the same message, under terms and conditions, 'unable to connect to server' comes up. iMessage will not open, and my screen freezes when trying to open the phone app. Using iPhone 4, any suggestions?

For those who are still dealing with this... it didn't work for me either, so this is what I did:

I connected my iphone to my Mac, and I installed the app (Find my friend) in iTunes (in my laptop). Then, after applying the changes on iTunes, I logined using my iphone. Then, it worked nicely.

Find friends trick worked for me too :)

For those who can't get this to work, try logging in to the apple id site

https://appleid.apple.com/

and make sure your passwords are syncronised across the apple sites (if they aren't it will give you the opportunity to syncronise them).

The "Find My friends" bit worked for me after I'd done this syncronisation.
