Exchange Email not working after iOS 7 update

Almost everyone who updated to i OS7 today can't connect to our Exchance 2010 server for email. Has anyone else had this issue or know of a way to fix it?

Finally, after the IOS7.0.3 update was applied, some of the major bugs that were making my iPad about as useful as a place mat, have beeen fixed. It fixed this bug so now my exchange mail is working, and I'm able to configure whats sync'd. The iPad doesn't appear to be doing random reboots as often either (touch wood, fingers crossed etc).

This has been a very painful experience as I rely on mobile devices to run my business. A month of no email / diary updates/ contacts! Thankfully I also have a very reliable Nokia Lumia phone that got me through it. I don't trust Apple any longer to get updates right, and with zero communication back to customers about addressing the issues I'm really unimpressed. Customers do have other options Apple!!!

Hello.

I'm having similar issues with a cliente with Exchange 2010 and iOS 7.

The thing is that when a meeting is sent to an user with iOS 7, they can view it, accept or reject.

But to the sender (In the same domain) they only get an email with the subject "Accepted" or "Rejected" and an attachment with "not supported calendar mes~1.ics (1 KB)"

I found a profile that make the the iOS treat Exchange as 2007, but I can make it work or even know if would help.

Does any one have the same issue?

BTW: With iOS6 there are no problems.

Some place I read that iOS 7 change the port of Active Sync and maybe that can be, but Im not sure.

Thanks

Our Exchange suddenly stopped working on both my iPad and my husband's one, although there had been no probs immediately after updating the iOS. After following various of the suggestions here switching on the S/MIME (which immediately switched itself off again) and re-entering the password on the account all seems to be back to normal. Thanks to those who offered advice and help.

Secveral of our user experienced this issue. As part of IT Team, our solution;

Remove/Delete the exisiting Exchange account.

Then powered the phone Off to clear it.

Go back to SETTINGS - > Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> tap "ADD Account"

Do not tapp "Outlook.com" if your company is setup on a MS Exchange Server.

tap "EXCHANGE"

Enter and confirm all user account settings. Your Exchange account will re-sync and restore Email, contacts and calendar info. It may take several minutes to complete.

I had the same issue. Unable to get Exchange Cal's to sync. This solved it for me:

1. Remove account from iphone/ipad

2. Login to OWA account

3. Navigate to Options -> all options -> phone

4. Delete ALL phones/ipads listed there

5. Log out of OWA

6. Re-add exchange account to phone/ipad and problem solved

There is a limit on my exhange server for the number of mobile devices that can use the account. I was over that limit. I hope this helps some of you out.
