Again apple comes out with a crapy IOS, I'm just glad I didn't update my IPad.
Then why are you still an Apple customer?
➕🙂Looks great on my iPad Mini. Works well also. Thank you Apple.

You'll update. It's just a matter of time before you fall asleep and you lose your edge.
BTW, I fixed "crapy."
Agree. Apple is not listening but censoring. They removed my 2 posts complaining that IO& is ugly and wanting 6 back....hopefully allot of you can read this before take this reply down. The emailed me saying this forum is not meant for this type discussion?? Basically they are tying to give the impression that its all love love love...
Maybe Jony Ive will come out with another video were he talks even slower to explain to all of us how there is no issue with the new iOS 7 but, rather, our eyes are incapable of appreciating the cold, stark white beauty of the forever flashlight screens.

You can't go back. Either learn to live with iOS 7 or don't. It's your choice but you cannot downgrade back to iOS 6 so I suggest you dig in and get used to it, learn how to use it.
And unless you live under a rock there have been numerous articles descibing the changes and new look. you had plenty of time to decide if you liked it or not before you upgraded.
Of course you can go back! That it is not possible is a **** lie!
If Apple supports it is another question. I did it and I'm glad to have a usable UI again.
Seeing some polished pictures and videos is not the same as experiencing it yourself on your own device!
So spare us with silly comments like the one you posted.
It is very true that actually seeing iOS 7 on the device is much different than the screen shots we saw prior to launch. The screen shots were larger and legible. On the device, the screen is so white that your eyes are competing with the background to discern the thin text on top of it. Using yellow text against a white background is not a step forward for utility. What is even more alarming is that this is a thicker version of the original font Jony Ive wanted to use. It could have been even worse...
Thanks, I will try it. My last backup was several updates ago. I will take that over this. Thank GOD I have the money to buy something else if it doesn't work. I will give this one to my nephew to play with.

Many people have complained and talked about apple losing customers with every update that comes out. What makes you think they will lose them now. They keep gaining customers. In fact ios7 is the fastest adoption for a new os.
I can only speak for myself. I bought the very first iPhone model that came out, and have owned several iPhones.
I am getting increasingly impatient waiting for simple features (like putting the antenna control on a quick page, like telling the phone I'm in my car and having it understand that means Wifi=0ff and Bluetooth=on, Letting me set my alarm without those tedious spin-dials). And then there's the "real life" battery endurance.
I adopted IOS7 yesterday. I normally wait a month or so for the bugs to get worked out, but my Contract is up with AT&T in October. Somebody told me that IOS7 has improved battery life. So I thought I'd give it one more chance (my last month) to see if there's a significant improvement.
HENCE - I am part of that "fastest adoption for a new os" you speak about. However, your claim that this is proof that the IOS7 is well received is just not true. I adopted because I'm wanted one last look at iPhone before making my next 2-year commitment on a new phone (iPhone vs Galaxy).
i am so glad i downgraded to 6.1.4.... my phone is useable again.... please apple, add more contrasting colors, less transparency and less slow animations...
One thing you can to make the font thicker (more readable?) is to set it for "Bold" fonts.
Go to Settings > General > Accessability > and select Bold Text
(it will require a restart).
I prefer the bold setting.

I hate iOS 7!!! It looks like a toy phone now. I'm also have call quality issues since the download. Can't bring myself to say upgrade!
Apple has your cash you will have to buy a new phone!
This is a very polarizing issue for Apple. They would be wise to continue signing iOS 6.1.4; or, they can deal with disgruntled customers in Apple stores demanding to downgrade to iOS 6.
"You're wrong, we're right, screw you" is not a good business strategy. Ask RIMM.
i did it, but still couldnt see buttons, seems dyed colors, and thinny lines....... we are not a teen agers user, most are over 50 year old.... please apple, think in us...... the class of people who likes improves to make life easier, but think in allllllll the target..... Thanks. Send a new release to fix this, pls......
