iOs 7 on iPad 3

Hello there.

I have ipad 3, new ipad with 16gb and 3g hardware.

Did you notice battery drain? I had my battery down in something like 4.30 hours.

The keyboard is really slow, i noticed an important lag during the use of it!

Wifi perfomance is really bad.

The only thing the customer care answered me is that they have no information about this, and i'm the only one experencing this problem........

Someone noticed the same?

Thanks

Post your model number. and it does matter cause each model uses different displays processors etc... If your looking for a fix how would apple know where to look if your not specific ? It's the same as walking into to autozone and asking for brake pads on a car you can have a mustang v6 or v8 or the cobra same year make and model but if your not specific it won't help. but its obvious your just here to complain and not actually provide or reach an actual solution so have fun crying over your so called 3rd gen 16gb with 3G

You're incorrect on 2 counts and offensive on a third

1. There is a 3rd gen iPad with 3G.

3. Your model number info is a distraction

2. You appear to have made a grand total of 2 posts in the discussion groups, both in this thread and both rude, in contravention of the terms of posting. When you have demonstrated that you can actually offer some useful help to people here, you might be able to get away with that kind of behaviour.

I'm having the same issues here after upgrading my iPad 3 to ios 7, it is now so slow and sluggish I can hardly stand it. As others have posted, it takes 30 to 40 seconds just to do something simple like to change the background. The response of the keyboard is slow and sluggish as is opening apps. Basically it feels like using a computer from the early 90's. Since I can't go back to ios 6, apple has basically turned my iPad into a $800 paperweight! I really hope they fix this soon or give me the option to go back to ios 6. If not, then it is time to look at a different brand (the "S" word) for my mobile devices.

I answer you again... Just because of the other 106 people who have been attacked by you.

First of all, it's not true that every different code of ipad 3 has a different processor. This is absolutely not true.

Secondo i can't be more specific of talking about of ipad 3gen 16gb 3G+wifi.

Last but not least, pls don't speaker about what you don't know, and expecially respectwho has a problem and his reporting it. Look at how many people look ed at this post... 8000. Do you think there are 8000 idiots or maybe the problems are real?

Thanks and please, leave this post.

Bye

Apps and everything else run fine only problem I'm getting is the delay with typing on the keyboard wifi is good apps work fine and yes changing the background takes about ten secs model a1416 4th gen seems to run ok hard reset did not help either on my model number but I'm very confident apple will soon have a fix for this issue as they always fix the issues with all their products I wouldn't worry simply go back to six cause 7 really doesn't offer much extras aside from the visual side it's the same as ios6 just looks nicer and obviously the lag on typing and I stand corrected they do have 16gb 3rd gen with 3G you just can't find them anywhere. Either way your better off going back to six

And you know, of course, that Apple doesn't support downgrading and so proposing it here is another breach of the terms of servcie you agreed to.

A hard reste is *not* the same as a reset from the Settings app. A hard reset just restarts the device; a settings reset does what it says - resets settings to defaults. The reason people keep sugesting a settinsg reset is because it works in many cases.

Kinda funny that Ipad 3 is not even listed on the IO7 page as supported.

As seen on the page at the bottom of this URL: http://www.apple.com/ios/whats-new/

I will not be upgrading to IOS7 thats for sure. Always wait a few weeks to month's after others test for you as I say. Never be the tester unless you can unroll the upgrade.
