Yes, everything is slower, uses more battery power etc. etc. etc.. The list goes on and on... In all honesty, I wish that I had never updated to ios7 on my iphone 4.

If you have an iphone 4, I would not reccomend updating to ios7 until apple pushes a fix.

Once things *normalize* i will edit this post and give it my thumbs up. Up till now, It's been a frustrating experience.

I really do hope that Apple follows through.

The only problem with that is I have Google Authenticator app for 2 factor authentication for my Gmail accounts and other like Dropbox. If I reset the phone completely, I will have to do that all over again and that is a painful task. Not to mention setting up the email accounts on the phone again (takes an extra step with 2 factor auth).

I honestly think I will just move to Google Nexus just because of this pain. I have been an Apple customer forthe sheer reason that they are user friendly. If I have to reformat my stuff like one does with Micrsoft Windows, why would I want to stay with Apple? They could have easily tested this feature of upgrading on iPhone 4 before releasing ios7.

I agree! I have postponed upgrading my iPhone 4S. I tried to get help from Apple to see if they would at least acknowledge an issue, but they told me factory reset which ended up being a waste of time. The next solution was to upgrade my phone. REALLY?!?!?! So, it is doubtful that I will upgrade to a 5S anytime soon nor will I upgrade my iPad. I may get an original iPod so I can continue to use my iTunes, but then dump the iPhone and Ipad for a different device. This is so sad because I had loved my iPhone, but now it is just an overpriced mediorce product. IOS 7 ruined my Apple Experience. I have sent numerous feedbacks to Apple, but they don't hear anyting, but they want to hear. SAD

I have an iphone 4 16 gb , and there is not much of a change in disk space for me ! But there is a significant change in the way things run ! Everything except the camera is slower by 1,5 seconds average !! And you have to do a lot of settings alchemys to change that a little ! And some 3d games that used to play super smoothly with iOS 6 now are on slow motion and it's super annoying ! (Example some endless run games like monsters univ. Stuck all the time and. Any be played ! ) the typing and the scrolling are slower too ! Only after following some advice on what to turn off on settings I managed to make the 3d games play well ! They really did improve ! But the scrolling and the calls even are slower ! Ex. I click to call a contact and the call screen appears after 2 seconds I can't even close the call fast if I regret it !!!! So WAIT AND USE IOS 6 !!! If ps : I have 40% ram free when doing nothing and my friend with iOS 6 has 63 % I also must say that I have more installed apps than her but still ... The desabling of Iclouds.. backround stuff.. ects. helped a little but not that much!

it slows it down to a complete an utterly unbareable level. I truly regret upgrading. Even after i restored my iphone 4 to factory settings, it was sluggish at first, but still useable. However after a few days of normal use it's back again to being useless. I am currently in the process of buying a used iphone with iOS6 on it so i can once again have a phone that doesnt make me lose my mind. This same thing happened a few years ago when i had an iPhone 3G. I'm really disappointed in apple for doing this. I wish they'd at least permit us to downgrade the software.
