iPhone 5s Power Button Loose/Rattling Noise

Today I had scheduled a Genius Bar appointment for my loose rattling power button. I can hear it rattle when I record video and move around, the video even records the sound and it interferes with the video. It is also bothersome, in general, to have a rattling noise on my phone. The "genius" had me unlock the phone (since I have a passcode/fingerprint I.D) and he took it to the back to take a look at it, came back and said there's nothing wrong and that it's the "vibrating motor." Yeah, sure. I place my finger on the power button and move my phone and it has 0 rattling, when I let go it rattles like a maraca. I then asked him if he could open it and try and fix it for me, and he told me that he had just opened it and everything checked out fine. Another lie, he gave me my phone back unlocked and into my settings. If he opened it it would have been turned off, and on again which would request my passcode which he doesn't have. My previous iPhone 3/4S/5 has never done this and I see it as a simple fix if they were to really open it. I have fully purchased a new iPhone every year for the past 3 years and when I encounter a problem I'm lied to and told there is nothing I can do about it. I'll be scheduling another appointment soon in hopes I get a different employee that will actually help me.

What I want to know is, is there a fix to this?
When I take videos it captures the rattling noises ruining the video.

Really unimpressed with Apple about this rattling power button and the way they seem to be ignoring the issue. Several replacement handsets later - from three different Apple stores - and they've all has this annoying flaw. One supervisor tried to blame it on the camera optics but applying a bit of pressure to the power button stops the rattling, proving this wrong. Other staff claimed they had never heard of the problem, which is hard to believe given the amount of complaints online. I escalated the issue and they put me in contact with Apple Distribution International, who confirmed that they're aware of the intrusive rattling power button. However, they spoke to the engineers and now they're claiming it's expected behaviour.

'Expected behaviour' for a £630 phone?! I'm thinking of getting a refund.

Guys after an odyssey of over ten swapped brand new units with all kinds of known build quality issues out there (all had loose on off button, just to info...) I won the lottery today in the AppStore Hamburg/Germany!

Went again to the apple store to swap out during my 14days of return policy. During the procedure i asked for the latest Batch coming in and the manager (who knows me meanwhile) went away and came back with a HUGE Box with aprxm 50 brand new sealed Boxes in it! He told me that this came in this morning... I Picked a Silver one and checked it on scene. ;)

And Jeeses fkn Christ, the buttons on this unit are ROCK SOLID, also the volume and mute switch! Dafuq apple is it so hard!??

Just to note, this unit has also by far the best LCD screen i ever hold in my hands, and that was a LOT 5S, you can trust on that... A perfect fault free Crystal clear white screen with just a glimpse cool blue tone in it when you look from side angle! The coloring is even OVER the Complete screen!!! No yellow band or dots.

Also the rest of device is near perfect build! It has just a micro scratch/dot/nick on back but i dont GIVE A F...K! Thats a keeper...

Here is the Hardware info, wish you guys all the luck!

Hm, was i just lucky? There was a hope we just get rid of this BS.

It is such a wonderfull expierience with the device in this beauty condition! The screen blows me away, and it sounds so pretty when it vibrates now, just like it has to be...

My swapped out units where Silver and Space Gray, most of them was spacegray. I decided for me to like the silver more with the time...
