ios 7 proximity sensor not working

Anybody here who can confirm that this bug is fixed in 7.03?

It's sure not listed as one of the fixes. They're rolling-out the update per time zone, it seems.

Mine is still showing 7.0.2 - Central Time here.

I have accidently cheek ended almost every call I've received for the past few weeks. I put the phone on speaker when I can, but that's certainly not a true solution. Please fix this Apple!

I have had two incoming calls since the update to 7.0.3 and the problem seems to have gone away...no cheek dials yet, but may be too early to say it is "fixed".

This issue is "fixed" with IOS 7.0.3.

For anyone experiencing this issue, please update to IOS 7.0.3.

I just tested this on 7.0.3 on iPhone 4S, seems to be working now 🙂

As I mentioned in a previous post, this is obviously a software error that will be fixed by a software update. I took my phone to a shop and they said it was possibly to do with a beta install of the update and to try re installing the software (7.02) and setting up the phone as new. After some more complaining and listing the things wrong with the phone they relented and gave me a replacement. This seems fine and with 7.03 it is definitely fine. I recommend anyone still having problems to go to the shop and badger them until they give up. Usually they will replace the device as a first port if call as it is too much hassle to actually try and fix it.

7.0.3 not working for me either. Guess I'll still have to keep using the headset.

I was hoping 7.0.3 update would fix this on my 4S, very annoying to say the least! Apple, are you listening?

Same problem for me iphone5 @ latest 7.0.3, tried with resetting few times without success...

So far, 7.0.3 seems to have fixed it for me; iPhone 5... I've tried to trip it up by moving it back n forth to my ear during calls. Sensor behaves normally now. Will report if it acts up again.

Unfortunately 7.0.3 didn't fix it for me either (iPhone 4). This seems all quite random (for some some resetting all settings, rebooting, 7.0.3 etc fixed it but not for everyone), but I would be OH SO GLAD if it would be fixed once for all and for all of us...

Problem is not showing for now on iphone 5, iOS 7.0.3

P.S.: Befour updating to 7.0.3 i was able to solve the problem with resetting all setting (on iOS 7.0.2). Strangely it worked from the 3rd or 4th try.
