Try This...

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...

Reset ( No Data will be Lost )

Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears. Release the Buttons.

Ok, Here is what I have noticed. My new 5s is less than a week old, and I noticed the screen was jumping around when I touched something. Tried to open an app, and it would jump the screen south as to start a search. Or when trying to close an app . I took off my otterbox thinking that was the problem, the problem went away. BUT, it came back immediately with the otter box off, only when i plugged my phone into power, using the new plug from the phone. The phone charges fine, but the screen is useless as tits on a bull when it is charging, thus rendering the phone useless while charging. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

APPLE: PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ASAP ON THIS!!!

Attached is a link to a video i created of exactly how it happens

My IPhone 5s had a problem with the touch screen not responding on the top right hand side after 6 months of use. I took it to the Apple store and they replaced with another. Now a week later the replacement has exactly the same problem but over a wider area of the screen.

This is my first problem like this with an iPhone. I've had iPhones for five years. Is this a known problem with the 5s or am I just unlucky?

I have this jumpy screen problem. Like, when I'm on the keyboard, I press one key and it starts glitching out and a ton of keys are pressed instead without my touch. Also, on Safari, when I scroll down it more often than not jumps up or re sizes on it's own. This is the first time I've gotten an iphone and since it's a 5s, I thought it would be the smoothest and most advanced of the models. I've only been using it for a week, and it already has problems. Also, sometimes I have problems pressing buttons, like apps and the passcode screen. Does this warrant for a replacement?

I had the same problem. I have used my iPhone for more than 6months and the problem occurred four days ago. The touch on the right of the screen is not working and there are two line on the right of the screen when the screen is awake. I have tried reseting iPhone and I have even entered safe mode but nothing fixed. Should i go to an AASP?
