Photo Booth: Pop Art does not work!

I've been having this problem as well (Pop Art only in red and the rest in yellow background). I'm glad Apple will be sending out a fix. My little girl loves this program and I'd like it fixed for her. C'mon Apple, don't forget us G5 people w/o that "Intel Core Duo" which wasn't working when I bought it back in February (and had to take it back and pick up the G5).

We deserve better!

I have just sent out feedback to Apple Support. I hope that they do come out with a fix for this. Pop Art is one of the coolest effects in Photo Booth. If anyone else can find a fix for this before Apple does please let us know. Thanks!

Yes you're right you can re install previous to 10.4.7---OR--- (According to 1 800 APPLE) "Wait for the new update - They MAY be addressing it"

YES!!!!!!!!!! same with me TILTOWAIT. i have that same issue. APPLE WHAT ABOUT US POWERPC USERS???

I was glad to have found out that others were having this 'pop art' glitch....although sad to see that it hasn't really been addressed officially by Apple yet :o(

If anyone learns of any 'fix' before Apple corrects it (they ARE going to correct it right?), please post to this! I appreciate the help that this discussion has provided. Well....at least in the way of shared info on the same issue (haha).

Well, I am glad to find it's not just my computer, but it is frustrating that apple hasn't fixed the problem. I will use the feedback form, and I guess if enough people complain...

mine doesnt work either...right after installing 10.4.7...wooopdidooo

If so, PLEASE report it to apple via the feedback link several posts back. The more reports they get, the more chance we will eventually get a fix.

Risk taker that I am, I installed it (on my G4 Mac Mini) and it fixed the Pop Art effect! Note, my Tiger speaks only English, but this Russian update did the trick.

I just updated photo booth using that russian version and it works!

FYI...in Russian the 2nd and 3rd blank spaces ask for first and last name (hurray for Dashboard's translator!).

Haha. I used Dashbaord's translator also. Finally we find a fix for this Photo Booth poblem!
