Did Aperture 3.5 show up for you yet? Still waiting here. (for iPhoto, Garageband, etc as well)
Was trying to update iPhoto and iMovie. Apple team saw my posting and have contacted me for some informtion. Waiting now for a solution for this issue.
😟 Not yet. I have a new iMovie and iPhoto, iBooks, Xcode, but neither GarageBand nor Aperture, nor any iWorks apps.
Please note that you need to wait for the OSX vers 10.9 Mavericks to appear as a software update. Once you have installed the new OSX vers 10.9 - you can check for another software update, and you should see the Aperture vers 3.5 available. Once you have installed the Aperture 3.5 version, you can check for more updates, and you will see the latest iTunes vers 11.1.2 available for update. There are still more updates to come, but the key is to wait for the original OSX ver 10.9 Mavericks to appear as a software update. You do NOT need to download from the AppStore. The software updates are received in sequence after you have successfully installed the initial software update for OSX vers 10.9 Mavericks.
10.9 update. Check
iTunes 11.1.2 update. Check
Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update. Check (I'm sure I already had this but it installed again)
Aperture 3.5 update. Negative.
iPhoto 9.5 update. Negative.
...
If the SW Update button were a physical button, I might have worn it out by now.

I've been running Mavericks for several hours now. Otherwise I would not have been able to update to iPhoto 9.5 and iMovie '10.
Compatibility: OS X 10.9 or later
Digital Camera RAW Compatibility Update. Check (I'm sure I already had this but it installed again)
The Raw update and the iTunes update were shown for me too, but both marked as pre-release software, so I hesitated a bit to install them.
Just finished upgradig one of the laptops to Mavericks and got:
iMovie 10
iPhoto 9.5
Xcode 5.0.1
iTunes 11.1.2
Canera Raw 4.09
iBooks Author 2.1
No Aperture
I've been able to update everything EXCEPT for the items I purchased in a box, iWork and Aperture. The updates are not showing up on any of my machines and they haven't updated the Downloads page yet.
I tried installing from my cd and then did an update via the store and installed 3.5. Maybe there was a delay in posting the upgade. You might want to try the store again. Also, make sure you are on Mavericks.
I did what firstlaunch did (trash Aperture and install from original installer) and immediately after running SW update 6 new updates appeared including iPhoto 9.5 and Aperture 3.5.
Could be a coincidence - but installing now nevertheless.
At least I found GarageBand 10 now at the App Store - it is not on the "Updates" page, it is on the "Featured" page, and it is free. But barely recognizable - it looks and feels like Logic Light and no longer like GarageBand.
Aperture 3.5 just showed up in Software Update on the Mavericks machine but not on ML.
I don't expect you will see Aperture 3.5 on your ML machine. It requires OS X Mavericks.
Has anyone had any luck updating boxed copies of Aperture to 3.5 because mine keeps saying I'm trying to update using a different Apple ID tho the one which purchased it, which makes no sense when its boxed copy I just installed from the original media.
That's what I figured but it sure would be nice if that was stated somewhere in the description of the update. 😮
