Can't Scroll In Mail after Mavericks update

Scrolling up or down in Mac Mail is not working - very odd.

Scrolling in all other apps is fine, however.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance.

OK,

This happened to me and I found a fix...

Hold the option key down when in the finder, drop down the "GO" in finder and go to your HOME Library. Highlight all contents in the Caches folder and delete (PS: This is a good procedure to do every once in a while anyway).

Restart your compter and this issue is corrected. Your compuer will probably run a little faster from cleaning the Cashe folder also.

NOTE: DO NOT REMOVE THE FOLDER, just its contents.

Enjoy!

I don't have MacKeeper (and no-one else should either - be certain you get rid of ALL of its ugly spammy slow-you-down files )- I still have issues with scrolling in mail and some other small problems like QTkit crashing and audio over fw clocking - otherwise...after a clean install a lot of other issues went away. Not the mail scroll issue though...quitting mail and starting it up works for me if it's too annoying...😐

I am having the same issue. After Mail has been running for an hour or so, the scrolling function stops working. Quitting the program and restarting fixes the issue but only for a little while. The same thing is happening in Finder. And after being open all day, I had same problem with Calendar. Calendar also seems to be cutting itself off. I have contacted Apple and sent files. No word on a fix yet. This is obviously a Mavericks bug and somewhat frustrating. Hope they get it fixed soon.
