Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT

Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

iTunes Store "Purchased" area is blank.

When I click "Purchased" in the iTunes store, a blank page appears. None of the purchases I made on my Apple TV are available for download to iTunes on my MacBook Pro. Is anyone else having this issue or know of a solution?

Thank you.

MacBook Pro, OS X Mavericks (10.9)

Same issue here since updating to Mavericks. Apple support was unable to offer a solution other than sign out/sign in, update/restart, which I'd already done. It appears others are having the issue as well. Will be watching in hopes for a solution so that I will have access to my purchases once again...

Save yourself the trouble .. I'm convinced it's an iTunes bug.

I talked to a Senior Tech, and created a brand new user on my system.

I signed in to iTunes store, and iCloud, and downloaded all my content again from iCloud.

The "Purchased" link worked again.

I though I had the problem licked until I noticed that some of my content had not been downloaded - in my case it was some iTunes LP and Digital booklets.

I downloaded one digital booklet, and it stopped working.

I switched to the 'songs' view and deleted the digital booklet and it started working again.

I tried a few different Digital Booklets in case it was a specific one - they all cause it on my system.

I have repeated the same on my Mac Mini, a MacBook Pro 2012, and an IBM Laptop (which was new and never had iTunes installed before.)

They all give the same result.

Bug in iTunes as far as I am concerned, I have a ticket open with senior Tech.

They had me reset the 'ACL' for the user, but booting up into recovery mode, it did not fix the issue.

I suggest you also open tickets too to raise awareness.

I noticed this issue last night when I accidentally clicked on one of my booklets in iTunes (PDF). Also, as soon as I downloaded the Metallica Collection into my library, the purchased link no longer worked. I setup everything all over again a week ago and I am now using "Show Music in the Cloud" and everything seems to be working on my end, screw the purchased link. The best thing to do is:

1) Make a new user account on your Mac

2) Log into the new user account on your Mac

3) Open iTunes and Sign into your account

4) Go to the iTunes store and unhide your purchases

5) Log into your normal Mac account

6) Open iTunes

7) Turn off iTunes Match

8) Under view, Select "Show Music in the Cloud"

9) Your iCloud music should now show up

If not you might need to delete the library under your Music Library and follow the procedure listed above, without creating the new user account on ou Mac. Mak urge you back up your library just in case.

The same picture I see in the last two weeks , at least! Repeatedly asked for technical support . Just today, said at least 1 hour (this is not counting the fact that 40 minutes I was connected to the right person ) . All of the proposed solutions ( clearing cache , deleting everything auto-start programs , and so on ) do not help. The only thing that helped, but only for a while , is to create a new user in the system. I'm starting to download content from the " purchased " as is loaded , turn on the store home screen , and then try to move quickly link to purchase and again I see a white screen. Sorry for my English. This Google))

SOMEONE MUST know how to fix this.

I somehow got to solve this problem! What to do: clean up the data sites in Safari . Then suffered Itunes folder to the desktop. Launched ITunes while holding Alt. Stole the albums , movies and apps from the old folder to Itunes Itunes application window (not in a folder that is on the Programmes at the window ) . He waited until the program organizes your library ( Itunes match at this time off). Went in to your account , looked purchase. All of them are displayed . Started downloading digital booklets, they are loaded , but after the release from the " purchased " and then return back to the window again, he saw a white screen . Then I deleted all of the albums downloaded booklets , closed Itunes and deleted files iTunes Library.xml iTunes Library.itl iTunes Library Genius.itdb iTunes Library Extras.itdb . Launched ITunes, of course , after you delete the files had to re- add the library to music , movies, ringtones. Upon completion of the organization of the library again came to "purchased " everything was in place. I re- downloaded all the digital booklets, except for one. I do not think that poblema was connected with it, but here's the link to the album : https://itunes.apple.com/ru/album/peter-gabriel-ill-scratch/id679094294. One more thing : after the organization of the library, at the very end , there was the album " Unknown Artist " with obscure song titles duration 00:00, as in this album there were some duplicate songs that are present in other albums , all of which I uninstalled and download digital booklets started only afterwards. For the past 2 days , everything works perfectly . In my opinion, all this is how it is related to PDF files and digital booklets division Itunes and IBooks. Sorry for my bad English , it's Google)).

ok cubus25-

tx. perhaps i'll do it under the watchful eye of an apple genius at the genius bar.

i have no doubt, if i try it on my own... i'll lose... EVERYTHING.

will triple back up (2 external hard-drives, and time capsule), prior to attempting anything.

to all others on this discussion. just so i am clear. as of 11/10/13, is there anyone who has done what cubus25 has done, and it NOT worked?

vyacheslavD's plan sounds way over my head. definitely need to hold hands with an I.T. person for all that.

thanks again to all,

anthony
