iTunes keeps crashing on iPad Air

iTunes keeps crashing on my iPad every time I try to load the films. Can't seem to find a way around it, other than to buy a film on my mac and sync it. Is this a known bug?

I tried going through the video app,but it still crashes everytime on movies.

Forgot to add it has also crashed when using search once & just clicking on the film tab at the botton (from music or Tv section).

Read loads of threads today about Itunes crashes on IOS 7..But on other devices (and Itunes doesnt even load for these people).

Should also add,my IPad Air has done this since i got it...ie- Before putting anything on it.

Guys, I have signed up to report the exact same issue. Mine seems to be doing it mainly when I switch categories from the bottom, i.e, TV, Audiobooks, it crashes to desktop. It's fine in portrait mode, but I dont even have to press anything, as soon as I rotate it to landscape.....Crash!

I was worried about the iPad being defective, but from the sound of others problems, it seems more like a software issue than a hardware one.

I have the exact same issues described above. I logged a call with apple customer care and emailed iTunes and they are stumped. I was told to do a full factory rest via iTunes from my computer in the event there is a corrupt file in the software or a corrupt third party app. I know it probably won't work but it has to be down to the software and not the hardware as YouTube, Netflix etc. work fine portrait and landscape. I have also tried my iPad on different wifi networks including using my iPhone as a hotspot so this restore via iTunes is my last attempt.
