I checked online and it's practically the same card, would it work? Because i would want the bluetooth 4.0
iFixit sell the 2011 macbook part for 2011 and 2012 macbook pro so I think it would work.

All parts are soldered to the logic board, and are matched to the logic board at the design stage.
Try if you want, but your system will likely be bricked.
Use external adapters if you want the additional functionality.
If you want to open the system, break the current solder connection, try to reconnect the new one, and see if it fires up ... good luck. Any remaining Apple warranty would be gone.

Maybe it wasn't clear, but i want to put a macbook pro unibody 2012 airport+blueooth card in my macbook pro unibody 2011, it's the same card, the same plug but the 2012 one support bluetooth 4.0

Yes :) it's the same connections and everything works fine, and now I use knock to unlock instead of typing my password.

I bought it on Powerbookmedic. It's apple part number 661-6510, on the page it says that it's in the display but it's not true.

Did you need to update any firmware or drivers to get it to work, or did it work straight away? I would like to update my card to get Bluetooth 4.0 as many technical posts have referenced that as a requirement for the new continuity features of iOS 8 and OSX Yosemite.
I am also interested in this topic. As I did some research on my own i found some guys on ifixit who said it wouldnt work because the MBP wouldnt recognise Bluetooth LE (see link here: http://www.ifixit.com/Answers/View/165356/Use+Unibody+Airport+Card+-+661-6510+in +2011+early+MBP+15.5)
Are you sure Bluetooth LE is working??
J0ce - can you confirm that Bluetooth LE worked after you upgraded the Airport card? I actually have not done it yet, but have the new card in my possession.
The antennas where all at the same place, and I'm using Knock to unlock, it requires Bluetooth 4.0 LE so it's the way that I tested that it was working! The first time the antennas weren't plugged in well but I replugged everything a second time and I restarted my computer and everything's been working fine since.
No additional drivers were required?
