Mavericks Bug Macbook Pro Menu bar goes black

I am having a bug happening with my new macbook Pro i7. The Finder's Top menu bar turns black when opening the computer from sleep.placing the cursor over a menu item causes the item to appear but again turns black once the cursor is moved. Anyone having the same issue? here is a screen shot:

I am having this problem too.


Also, I have recently had a complete freeze, where I could not move the cursor at all, and the rMBP did not even respond to pings. When I rebooted there was not a single log entry about the cause — it seems like the whole machine just stopped entirely.


I suspect it is something wrong with the GPUs or their drivers.
