Hi
I've just tried taking the latest itunes update, it failed now I get runtime error message R6034 and cannot get into itunes at all?? Please help
This error mainly occurs when using of “C runtime Library” without using manifest file. if C runtime library does not support the application it send error message to the user.
when you load a application that need to run the supported files if it not exist in the System driver at that time this error appears. due to some System issues it lost the supported file which is needed to run the application.
To fix this error you have to insatll a good Registry clearner Tool that will help to you to detect corrupt system files or missing files of your system. and it is also necessary to install a strong antivirus software which will keep protect of your System from severe damage.

Unfortunately I have deleted the Apple progams not in order. I am unable to delete the AMD and I can not reinstall itunes.
It shouldn't matter too much, particularly if you are going to delete the suggested folders as well. The recommended order should reduce the risk of additional error messages and confirmation dialogs on the way. Try working through the second box in Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.

Apparently, this issue has affected a large number of people and it originates from an Apple update. WHY DID IT HAPPEN? Apple has apparently cost a lot of us serious time and money and they stay silent while we suffer. WHO SCREWED UP HERE??
Hi Turingtest2, just wanted to thank you for your guidance on this; I had spent hours trying to sort out Apple's update, but you solved it for me. Many thanks indeed.
Just to say thank you to turingtest2, your original solution worked superbly for me.
I did have trouble getting rid of Apple Mobile Device Support (tried both the Uninstall and Change > Remove methods, but no luck). I skipped this step and carried on with tt2's method with no problems. All media and playlists working fine.
Thanks again tt2
You're welcome. 🙂
