Locked out of Family Sharing for 364 days

The CVV/security code is NOT part of the law but use of it is to "maintain reasonable procedures to protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of personal information collected from children."

So far it's not looking good. The guy who I'm talking to named 'Tony' is referring me to a senior adviser now.

Transferring me to another account manager. They have never seen this before and are not sure how to handle it. She is asking around...

They were unable to help me. They scheduled a callback tomorrow while they look into it.

Same happened yo me only they were either brutally honest or they didnt know. The guy just said there's no fix I had to wait a year to use it again Period

I guess the more calls/messages they'll get, the more chances we'll get some solution

Thats exactly what I told them. How was I supposed to know that was going to happen but I guess they just don't have a solution by now...

They have had all this this time and still couldn't get this right. Back to the old method of sharing accounts.

Same issue here. Family share didn't work, removed then added ... and ... locked out for 364 days. Waiting to here back from apple support.

I won't accept that as an answer. That's insane. I've done nothing wrong to not be able to use this feature for a year.

Already called Apple Care. They don't Care. They say enjoy the ban for a year. Next suggestion?

Obviously not verbatim. But that was the result. This is intended operation of FamilyShare. They are OK with the bans.
