Why can't I send or share photos from my iPhone6 photo app? It says "There was a error while preparing to share. Please try again later." It's been 4 days and no luck. Help!

I'm having the same issue also! I can't view or send my videos using ANY share features on iOS 8.1.2 and it's getting very frustrating! Please help!

I see this topic was started back in september and still no resolution?????!!!!

Sort of defeats the purpose of having a camera on this phone when i cant share anything! Its been one crappy software release after another ....FIX THIS ALREADY!!

can someone post an answer on this please - there is no clue as to the problem in photos, and the result is videos can't be shared!

I'm having the same problem, with iPhone 5s and iOS 8.3. Very frustrating. The error mentioned shows up when trying to share photo directly from photo library, and it doesn't matter if I select to share via email or another app.
If I try to upload photo from Facebook to a posting nothing happens, and everything I write in the same posting disappears.

June 1st and still no resolution to this problem. I tried the suggested "turn off and on" and still no luck. I seem to be able to retrieve photos and videos only by syncing to my pc.

Still having this issue, no fix in sight. Can't even change my wallpaper because like 80% of my gallery won't even load in apps and settings.

Come on, apple. This has gone long enough. It's simply pathetic that it's taken this long.

I too am having the same issue. Don't know what the problem is. It's ******* me off!!!!! I've tried rebooting, changing app prompts, etc and this still happens. UGH!!!!

I I finally figured out a fix for this. You sign out of the iCloud completely and you sign right back in and it works

HI, can you describe how you log out of iCloud exactly ?

GO to settings, scroll down to iCloud, click on it, scroll down to log out, press log out and wait for it to finish logging out, then log right back in with your iTunes password. It will reset up your pictures, don't be alarmed they will disappear for a few minutes and then re download from the iCloud and that fixes the error.

Tried iCloud off/on and didn't help unfortunatly.

What I did find out though is, that iPhone screenshots (png), added to the iCloud photo library,

which I then try to a iCloud photo sharing are causing the issue.

iphone screenshot -> autoupload to photo library on ipad -> add to iCloud photo sharing : ERROR

iphone photo/camera -> autoupload to photo library on ipad -> add to iCloud photo sharing : OK

Strange. Anybody any further ideas ?

Same here. This is super frustrating. Hopefully someone will post a solution...

Dif you turn off the iCloud or log out? It worked when I completely logged out and logged back in.
