Jaybird Bluebuds Disconnecting

Anyone else having problems with Jaybird bluebirds?

I am having a problem maintaining a connection between my Bluebuds and an iPhone 6 plus running 8.0.2. It works fine for a few minutes but then the buds disconnect and I have to press the select button for reconnection. I don't seem to have the problem with an iPad Air running 8.02. I've tried forgetting the device and repairing, and resetting all settings.

I just wanted to add that my Jaybirds were dropping connection as soon as I turned my display off on my iPhone. So I also have a Tile and once I told my iPhone 6 iOS 8.1 to stop connecting to the Tile, my Jaybirds stopped dropping the connection. This isn't ideal, as I'd like to keep track of my keys, but for now it stops the annoyance of my headphones dropping constantly. Thank you guys for the work-around, I do hope they will fix this as I am betting it is an iOS issue.

I Got my iPhone 6 Wednesday of last week and tried to connect my Jaybird Bluebud X with no luck. I could not even get the Bluebuds to be recognized by my iPhon. They worked great with my old iPhone 4S. I had to go to a back up pair of headphone for a half marathon I ran this past Saturday. Is there anything in the pipe as far as a fix by Apple? I hate that I paid all this money for a top of the line phone AND a top of the line Bluetooth earbuds and they are incompatible.

Some more observations I have on my Bluetooth issues. I have multiple Bluetooth devices. pebble/bluebud/shower speaker/ automatic obd2/ and sync in Ford Focus 2013. If I have 2 or more Bluetooth devices connected I have Bluetooth drop Frequently. If I disable all other Bluetooth and leave only one connected it has perfect connection and never drops. I hope apple is still actively looking at this and has fix coming. It's going to make apple watch suck if you can't use other Bluetooth at same time or home kit with Bluetooth devices

Wow, ran a half marathon yesterday with my new BlueBird X headphones and it was terrible. It was cutting out up to 15 times during one song. I suspected that it might be a conflict with Pebble and disconnected it (from the Pebble, didn't disconnect it in iOS). It got better, but not 100%. I am using an iPhone 6, never had a problem with my 3 year old BlueBirds, although it's possible I haven't used Pebble much since the upgrade from my 4s. Never had problems on 4s with Pebble AND the older BlueBirds. Good to see I'm not the only one. I'll have to look into this further.
