Oh No! This is also happening to me... it just keeps restarting on its own. It was a few times this morning, and now it's just going haywire.
This happened to my iPhone 6+ (16GB) and my wife's iPhone 5s (16GB) at the same time, repeatedly this morning 6/24/2015. This is too much of a coincidence to not get the media attention, something's going on. People may not notice it if it happens while they have them in their pockets or purses, but if you notice that it suddenly asks you for a password instead of working with Touch ID, it means it crashed and restarted itself today.
Yup, it started happening to my partner's iPhone 5s and mine as well this morning. Something is amiss.
Just started happening to me today too.. iphone6. I did some looking and it appears it might be T-Mobile's problem (I'm on TMO). Anyone else?

Yeah T-Mobile here too.
Yes, I have TMO too. Thanks for the reddit find. After digging through twitter, more fingers have been pointing at T-Mobile.
T-Mobile victim as well.
hard-reset didn't fix the problem btw
T-mobile here as well. I am in the Czech Republic right now but on a T-mobile network still and I am having the same problems. Factory reset and restore haven't helped.
Using T-Mobile here too! My 6+ was originally on AT&T btw!
I got blue screen/reboot twice this morning. I'm on T-Mobile with iPhone 6+ 64G. I have never seen this before and have had the phone for 4-5 months.
Was using a simple game app once. Other time, it was just sitting on the charger, nothing running. All iOS and apps up to date.
t-mobile here too, its happening very frequently to me. blue screen pretty much happens during anything. Mostly in safari, but even in messenger and Facebook as well. Let me know if you have a fix this is killing me!!! No work done today at all!
The reddit article posted above has a bunch of suggestions to help:

mine too, it was like once or twice in the morning and then all of a sudden like 7 in a few hours. it wwas fine for a little after that, and i THOUGHT MAYBE IT WAS OK. nope. wishful thinking. happened 3 more times in the car on the way home
T-Mobile here as well. Hard reboot tried, will advise if it crashed again. Next step is shutdown for 5 minutes. Then... reset/restore... =/ Hopefully it stops before then... and hopefully T-Mobile figures out what's happening.
