Safari 8 graphics distorted

In Safari 8, ever since the Yosemite Beta and continuing through OS X 10.10.1, Safari Version 8.0 (10600.1.25.1), on occasion web pages will start to show PNG graphics as distorted. Quitting and restarting Safari clears the problem. I've not seen the issue in other browsers. Anyone else see this? Any ideas for a fix, or is it a problem with Safari 8's rendering engine and perhaps its compatibility with certain graphics cards?

FYI, I've seen this on two different MacBook Pros w/Retina, one 15" 2012 and one 13" 2013, and a 2010 Mac mini.

Have the same issue on MacAir 2011 model... Started recently since I updated to OS X El Capitan.

Seems to affect any PNG on my computer. This is the view of my App Store:

If anyone has any solutions please post here.
