"The requested resource was not found."

Hello,

I currently have the latest version of iTunes: 12.1.0.50

I have two songs in my music library at the moment that somehow cannot retrieve the album artwork. All my other 1925 songs in my library has been able to "Get Album Artwork", however, there are just these two songs in my library that cannot get album artwork. I have matched every detail that is displayed on the iTunes Store for these two tracks and iTunes simply cannot get the album artworks. Whenever I click "Get Album Artwork", it says: "Artwork for ___________________ could not be found. The requested resource was not found." This has been happening for weeks now and I have been continuously attempting to get the album artworks and it is not succeeding. It somehow happens that both songs are by MAX if this relates to anything. I am getting very frustrated and I would love for any help anyone can provide. A thank you in advanced.

Wanted to post that this issue still continues. iTunes doesn't find artwork, but apparently only for new CDs. Today I imported two CDs, one from 2015 and one from 2014. It found the artwork for the 2014 CD no problem. The 2015 artwork could not be found, even though of course it should have been. I wonder when does a CD become "old enough" for iTunes to find the artwork? Or will the artwork for anything from 2015 forward never be found. And more importantly when with Apple fix this? Its gone on for half a year at least.

I posted in another similar thread that iTunes found the artwork for the CD I imported earlier this week which was from 2015. I wondered if it was because the 2015 CD is now "old enough" but your report gives hope that artwork will be found (within reason) for all CDs including current releases.iTunes Get Artwork: "Artwork for [album name] cannot be found. You do not have permission to access the requested resource."
