iPad air is bent, i have no idea how.....

Someone or something applied enough force to bend it. It did not happen spontaneously. It didn't bend all by itself. The warranty is void. Abuse will do that...

Well, somehow, at some point, someone or something applied a large enough force to bend it. Unless you are claiming a poltergeist did it, then a force sufficient to bend it was applied to it, inadvertently or without your knowledge perhaps. But something bent it. It did not spontaneously bend all on its own.

And regardless of what anyone says on any forum anywhere, you need to deal with Apple if you feel you have a basis for replacement as they are the only ones you ultimately need to convince you're eligible for a no fee replacement.

i have had a case and screen protector on my iPad since the day I've got it so i have not abused it.

Well, SOMEONE DID. To believe that it just spontaneously bent, with no outside force is just pure idiocy.

Take it to an Apple Store, tell them that it bent itself. Good luck with that.

I gave you the correct advice, Apple are the only ones who can decide whether or not to replace your iPad, if you don't want to ask them to that is your choice.

And don't tell me what I should read.

What other people have done in this situation is admit that they messed up. Badly. And either pay for an out of warranty replacement, buy a new iPad, or recycle it and go get something else.

Yes. And applying enough heat to it to soften the aluminum casing so that it bends will absolutely void the warranty.

Give up. Your refusal to accept the truth will not alter reality in any way.

They are not going to help you. YOU ABUSED IT. YOU VOIDED THE WARRANTY. They can have an engineer look at it, but they're going to tell you the same thing. Aluminum does not spontaneously bend or deform.

NO ONE here can do anything for you. This is a user forum. You need to just own up to your own shortcomings and accept the fact that you're going to have to pay for a replacement.

They could have easily determined if it was a defective battery that was deformed. They apparently determined that was NOT the cause.
