Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
When I receive calls the missed calls show on my wife's iphone. We both use Iphone 5S's and we use the same apple ID for icloud and purchases. But of course the numbers are different. Also the phones are on 2 different phone accounts.
Why are these two phones sharing the call log?

Correction - New calls are NOT being listed.
I've recently had same issue. Up until yesterday me & my husband have been able to share iCloud without any issues... today our call logs started sharing each other's calls. I tried everything. The only thing that seems to have worked (so far...) is I turned off FaceTime on both devices.... made sure only each number was checked on settings>phone, & settings>messages... so far so good!
You could not be more incorrect if you tried.
I've been having this issue for nearly two years as well. Did you ever get any resolution in this?
The answer has been posted several times in this thread. Don't share an Apple ID is the best answer. There are other answers that require contortions and jumping through hoops.
It has also been stated numerous times here why family sharing isn't good for many people. You just don't listen.
Those "many people" should buy an Android.
turn off "icloud" in settings for all the other devices (this worked for me because i share with my kids and they dont need icloud "on" in their settings)
iTools was free for life, but only for its life, not yours. I had it too.

There is no such thing in "Settings". Must be somewhere else.
So, where is Apple's answer to this problem?
