Music streaming slow for anyone else?

Since the first day, Apple Music streams (any song or station) have been incredibly slow. At first I assumed it was from high initial demand, but even now, most of the time the service is barely working for me. I'd estimate that 10% of the time things work perfectly, but 30-40% of the time songs can take 30 seconds to a minute to start playing, then they play choppy (as in not buffering enough). The other 50% of the time nothing even starts playing.

The obvious culprit might sound like my internet connection, but I can say that I don't have problems streaming online videos or Spotify – ever.

Restarting iTunes and my computer doesn't seem to improve the situation either.

Anyone else having issues?

Hi,

Same Problem Here! And now it is happening in all my devices, iPhone 6 and 4S, iPad 3, iMac and MacBook...

At first everything was OK... This issue has started for a couple of day ago.

My Internet is fast (100mb/s), and I verified that the TuneIn and Spotfy are working perfectly!

So definitely the problem is in the Apple Music!

I started having the problem with the iOS 9.1 and the latest OS X release. It really is disappointing that Apple doesn't admit they have problems with the Apple Music service. All their services (Apple Music also) are marked green. Really? We are waiting for a public statement and some explanations.

Apple should refund all the paying customers for the service!

I went to Email Help, chose 'App doesn't work as expected,' wrote the following, and within a couple of hours was told I would receive a refund. They obviously know how bad it is and will refund no questions asked. Kudos for that at least, I guess.

I would like to report a problem with my Apple Music subscription, and, ultimately, to receive a refund. However, when I click 'report a problem' on my email invoice, that purchase is not listed.

At this point just there is only one thing I can do and just did - UNSUBSCRIBE. Apple's advice to me was to make lists offline available, which of course works but I do not think it is the right solution. SPOTIFY is working seamlessly I repeatedly mentioned but still Apple thinks the internet connection is the issue. They are clearly wasting my time with a bad product. Go to your account and look for the very small option Manage Subscriptions.

i have to think they're working on this right now. something is clearly jacked up and they'll figure it out and fix it. at least as a shareholder and subscriber to this service i hope that is what happens. if it doesn't in a few days, i'll unsubscribe. same situation with me as with others: everything else works fine on the internet. in fact, streaming from iTunes movies through apple tv works fine as well. i have a 40 mb/s connection and i am streaming less well than i did 15 years ago with a slow connection. whee
