The shared library “Cloud Music Library” is not responding. (503)

I'm suddenly started getting this error in iTunes a few hours ago:User uploaded file


Nothing has changed with my laptop configuration or network. Any help would be appreciated.

Not sure what the exact problem is, but not of the software on my Mac Pro is causing this problem. I do have both Apple Music and Music Match, so perhaps there is some error occurring there (or not). Same message:

Also, noted little cloud symbol in upper right:

Which, when clicked on produces some activity:

Finally arriving at an added symbol (with a cloud ruled out) on my latest playlist:

And when I click on the symbol, I get:

Which is ridiculous. I own all the songs in the playlist. What is with this software, Apple?
